Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Labor Equity Partners, LLC ("Labor Equity Partners," "the firm," or "we"), a Puerto Rico limited liability company located at Urb. Palmas de Valle, Calle Real, A-6, Lajas, PR 00667, handles information in connection with this website, including www.laborep.com and abogadoslabor.com (the "Site").

Information you do not need to provide

The Site's public pages are informational. They do not include contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, chat tools, or scheduling calendars, and you can read them without giving us any personal information.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

The public pages do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, social-media pixels, or third-party scripts, and they do not set cookies. Fonts are served from the Site itself, and images are delivered through the Site's own image service.

Technical information

Like any website, the Site is delivered by a hosting provider (Vercel) whose servers receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. This information is used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the Site and is handled under the hosting provider's own policies. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

Attorney onboarding pages

The Site also hosts registration and onboarding pages used only by attorneys who are invited to work with the firm. Members of the public are not asked to use them.

When an attorney completes those pages, the information they submit is sent to the firm's technology and administrative service providers to create and manage the attorney's account, and the firm's internal team is notified of each new registration. That information can include name and contact details, date of birth, education and bar admission information, answers to professional-conduct and conflict-of-interest questionnaires, identification and license documents, a headshot, electronic signatures, professional liability insurance details, availability, and payment or bank-account information, which may be linked through Plaid. Plaid's own privacy policy applies to information provided through Plaid.

These pages set cookies that keep the attorney signed in.

How we use and share information

We use the information described above only to operate the Site, to onboard and manage attorneys who work with the firm, and to meet legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or professional rules, or to protect the rights and safety of the firm, its clients, or others.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards suited to the information involved, but no website or transmission is completely secure. We keep onboarding information for as long as it is needed for the attorney relationship and for legal, ethical, and record-keeping requirements.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and the context, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about recipients, or an opt-out of covered processing. Professional or employment information may be subject to different rules. Contact privacy@laborep.com to exercise a right or appeal a decision, using Privacy appeal as the subject for an appeal.

We may verify identity or an authorized agent's authority using information reasonably necessary for the request. We respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain denials or permitted extensions, and provide regulator complaint information when required. Legal, ethical, and recordkeeping exceptions may limit deletion. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

The Site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

This Site is attorney advertising. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
